The goals for this 2020 NARI Greater Dallas Contractor of the Year Award winner for Entire House $250,000 to $500,000 project was three fold. First the homeowner wanted to consolidate both floors of this two story home onto the first floor, so that they would not have to go up and down the stairs as part of their daily routine. Secondly the remodel need to give the house a very pen feeling. This was primarily accomplished by removing a number of walls and opening up existing doorways. And finally, the remodel was to transform their dated Williamsburg traditional style to a more modern transitional style with updated cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.
