This 2020 NARI Greater Dallas Residential Landscape Design/Outdoor Living under $100,000 Award winning project by Sardone Construction took an outdoor space with limited seating and protection and turned it into an outdoor kitchen, dining and seating area with a cozy fireplace. The kitchen was fully loaded with a gas grill, 4 gas burner range, wine cooler, and fridge; along with a secondary island with extra seating and prep space made with flagstone. Sardone Construction turned an outdated, nonfunctional outdoor living space into a personal oasis right in their clients backyard. Well done, Sardone Construction. It is a beautiful project.
