This 2021 NARI North Texas Contractor of the Year – Kitchen $60,001 to $100,000 award winning project was created to have a kitchen and dining area the entire family could enjoy together, instead of the separate rooms that currently existed. In design, the clients disagreed with each other over the initial layout options, but ultimately decided to relocate the kitchen. Sardone Construction removed the dining wall and the kitchen peninsula that was in an awkward position and separated the spaces. Custom cabinets were painted onsite and a reclaimed brick veneer backsplash is a focal point of the kitchen. What a beautiful transformation!!
