Not only did this beautiful home receive a NARI Greater Dallas Contractor of the Year Award, it also received the Regional and National award. These homeowners are avid cooks and entertainers. This 1925 Tudor home had only been partially remodeled in the 80’s and was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Wanting a larger master site and indoor/outdoor entertaining and cooking spaces prompted the need for an addition on the back of the home. Modernizing the home aesthetics and functionality while staying true to the original Tudor architecture in this conservation district home was extremely important. Essentially starting from scratch, the entire home was gutted and reconfigured for the new homeowners’ lifestyle with a major focus on the kitchens and bathrooms. This project was a team entry with other NARI North Texas members, including Daltile, Sub-Zero South Central, Ivey Lumber, and California Closets. Congratulations to all.
